L3, also known as Life Long Learning is another remarkable initiative by Techno India University, West Bengal in order to facilitate quality adult learning. L3 is a massive open online course (MOOC) provider that hosts online executive-level courses curated by professionals/industry experts/renowned professors, in a wide range of disciplines to any individual learner, including some courses at no charge.
L3 courses consist of weekly live learning sequences. Each learning sequence is composed of short live sessions interspersed with interactive learning exercises, where learners can immediately practice the concepts from the videos. The courses often include tutorial videos that are similar to small discussion groups, an online textbook, and an online discussion forum where any individual can post and review questions and comments to each other and teaching assistants. L3 offers certificates of successful completion.
