Diploma Engineering

The Diploma in Engineering course is a professional technical course in which students are taught about basic but all the essential concepts and topics of engineering.

Any student who has completed at least the tenth standard can do this course. And can do jobs or further studies in the field of engineering.

Diploma in Engineering or Polytechnic course can be done in different departments such as electrical, mechanical computer IT chemicals, and also others. After doing this course, students can work in various fields at the post of Junior Engineer.

Students can do this course only after the tenth, so this course has been planned in such a way that students can start with the very basic and further get good technical knowledge.

Eligibility for Diploma in Engineering/Polytechnic course

Following are the Eligibility criteria for the Diploma in Engineering or Polytechnic course-
  • A pass in 10th from any Recognized board. (any state board or CBSE board)
  • 12th pass students can also join.
  • 12th pass students can directly join through the lateral entry in the second year if they have studied Science and Maths subjects in the 12th.
  • The minimum age to join this course is 14 years.
